By accessing or using DataGreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Service Description

DataGreat is an AI-powered market research platform that allows users to generate professional research reports using a credit-based system. Reports are generated by artificial intelligence and delivered digitally through the platform.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@datagreat.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Credits and Payments

Access to reports is governed by a credit system. Credits are purchased in packages and are applied when a report is generated. Credits do not expire and remain valid for the lifetime of your account. Credits are non-refundable once a report has been generated. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase — see our Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DataGreat only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading.
Share account credentials or resell generated reports without authorisation.

Intellectual Property

Reports generated by DataGreat are owned by the user who generated them. The platform, underlying AI models, software, and branding are the intellectual property of Solustiq Software and AI Technologies Inc. and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Reports generated by DataGreat are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. DataGreat and Solustiq Software and AI Technologies Inc. are not liable for decisions made based on the content of generated reports.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and any unused credits may be forfeited.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
