DataGreat operates on a credit-based system. This policy outlines when and how refunds are available for purchased credits. We want every customer to feel confident purchasing credits on our platform.
If you have purchased a credit package and have not used any of those credits, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. After 30 days, unused credits are non-refundable but remain valid indefinitely on your account.
Credits that have been applied to generate a report are non-refundable. Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, the associated credits cannot be returned.
If a report generation fails due to a platform error or technical issue on our end, the credits consumed by that failed request will be automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours. If you do not see the credits returned, please contact our support team.
To request a refund for unused credits within the 30-day window, email support@datagreat.com with the following information:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
